Terms and conditions:

All cakes require a non-refundable 50% deposit within two weeks of any cake booking or on the day of any last minute cake bookings.
I will always try to send a reminder if it's nearing the end of the two week slot and I still haven't received a deposit.

Any wedding cake cancellations after two weeks prior to collection/delivery must be paid in full unless someone else can fill the space with an equally or higher priced cake.
I will retain the deposit of any cake cancelled before this time unless cancellation is due to extreme circumstance, in which case the deposit will be returned.

Balance must be paid upon collection/delivery.
Deposits and final payments can be paid in cash, by bank transfer or via PayPal

Please note that if the remaining balance is being paid by bank transfer or via PayPal it must be paid before I will hand over the cake so preferably the day before the cake is due.

Once a cake has been received I cannot be held accountable for any damages to the cake and/or any of the decorations as I will always ensure that the cake is as stable and secure as it can be.
I will always try to accommodate any changes to cakes however sometimes it may not be possible.

Cakes should be stored at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Sponge cakes are best eaten within 2-3 days however fruit cakes will last much longer.

Any cakes that require assembly at the venue will have this cost added to the final cake bill as well as travel expenses.

Deliveries within Weston super Mare are free of charge however every mile outside of Weston will be charged at 75p a mile.
